Role: Scrum Master
Location: Tampa FL (100% Remote) Only USC/H1Bs
Experience in GenAI/Generative AI is Mandatory.
Job Description:
- Experience managing IT projects and programs.
- Experience in coaching multiple agile teams
- Knowledge and experience in Cloud Platforms like Azure / AWS / GCP
- Proven experience as a scrum master KANBAN/SCRUMBAN methods.
- Good to have Previous experience in GenAI or AI/MLbased programs
- Must have Knowledge of GenAI or AI/MLbased technologies
- Proven experience with managing using DevOps concepts.
- Proven experience with Agile Reporting techniques.
- Proven experience in improving Work In Progress (WIP) Management
- Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification OR PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) certification required
- Good to have knowledge or Experience with Containerization platforms like Kubernetes Docker
