Job Description

Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Location: Methuen MA

Type: Fulltime Direct Hire Hybrid Role

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will play pivotal role within the team reporting directly to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of the Eastern USA Business Unit. This primary position is a technical Outside Sales role strategically focused on tier one prospecting qualifying and closing business. The RSM will be responsible for both acquiring new accounting and maximizing sales opportunities within existing strategic accounts in the designated geographic region outlined in company.

Role Objective:

Youll be the linchpin of our sales efforts collaborating closely with the SVP to target and capture tier one prospects while ensuring exceptional service to our valued clients. With a focus on the designated geographic region youll leverage your expertise to navigate complex sales cycles utilizing both organic methods and provided leads to achieve outstanding results. Your role will involve local travel within the region with occasional opportunities beyond based on strategic directives.

Key Responsibilities include the following:

  • Create large account opportunities by utilizing direct and indirect companys resources and products.
  • Prospect for potential $100K /yr customers by leveraging professional network of contacts.
  • Direct opportunities under $100K/yr. to AX Inside Sales or RCM.
  • Outbound call generation and lead follow up. Understand buying influences in potential accounts.
  • Accurate and timely forecasting.

Qualifications Skills And Preferred Attributes:

  • Background in embedded computer HW/SW emphasis on open architecture computing.
  • CPUs Intel x86 VIA AMD network interfaces flat panels computer packaging PCI PCIE ISA Operating Systems.
  • Knowledge in vertical domains such as transportation automation medical gaming digital signage etc.. are desired.
  • Bachelors degree (B. A.) from fouryear college or equivalent job experience.
  • Strong oral written and presentation skills. Skilled at small group meetings and presentations.
  • Microsoft Outlook Word Excel Power Point general internet and computer knowledge. SAP and SalesForce.
