Digital Solution Expert- SAP S4HANA Asset Management

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Solution Expert specializing in SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Management Asset Management. The ideal candidate will participate in the design and implementation of the S/4 program working closely with various stakeholders to ensure robust and innovative solutions for the maintenance and management of rolling stock.

Key Responsibilities:

• Target Design Participation: Contribute to the target design of the S/4 program ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  
• Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with the Epic owner PM and PO including formulating features in Jira.
  
• Workshops: Prepare implement and follow up on FittoStandard (F2S) workshops in collaboration with the PO.
  
• Documentation: Document results and create artifacts such as collaboration diagrams functional specifications and configuration documents with agile team members.
  
• Requirements and Analysis: Actively support the creation of requirements and analysis as part of an agile team within the IT system context.
  
• Solution Implementation: Design and implement IT solutions in collaboration with the specialist department focused on rolling stock maintenance.
  
• Integration Coordination: Ensure and coordinate integration topics with the integration manager and affected teams.
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• SAP Expertise: Very good knowledge of SAP Asset Management (PM/EAM) and a comprehensive understanding of the SAP architecture landscape.
  
• Functional Specifications: Experience in creating functional specifications and working with interfaces.
  
• Languages: Fluent in German and English.
  
• Project Experience: At least one project implementation at SBB ideally within passenger transport.
  
• SAP Modules: Good integrative knowledge of SAP modules MM/PM/PP.
  
• Process Modeling: Experience in process modeling with BPMN 2.0.
  
• Methodologies: Knowledge of SAFe methodology and experience with SAP Solution Manager.
  

Desirable Skills:

• Digital Solutions for Rolling Stock: Experience supporting robust innovative and uptodate maintenance and management of rolling stock along the asset life cycle.
  
• Agile Environment: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile Release Trains (ART).
  
• SAP S/4HANA and Cloud Solutions: Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA SAP Activate and new cloud solutions such as SAP APM.
