Tasks

• Resolve issues and problems for live units in S/4Hana specifically within the SAP PM module
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level production support services globally
• Deliver functional solutions in SAP projects and ensure stable business process continuation
• Manage service and change requests efficiently
• Work independently on complex project assignments and guide developers and testers
• Offer highfocus business support during critical activities like periodend closing and manufacturing
• Design configure test and train business solutions in collaboration with the solution/architect team
• Participate in hyper care and support transitions from project teams
• Propose proactive system improvements and preventive business process support
• Collaborate closely with business support departments to translate requirements into feasible solutions
• Maintain close working relationships with technical solution delivery architect analytics basis and authorization teams
• Continuously suggest business and processrelated improvements
• Maintain process documentation for problem incident and change management

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years SAP Plant Maintenance experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Deep understanding of business processes related to SAP applications and modules
• Expert SAP knowledge with configuration and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with SAP implementation and postlive support in a multinational environment
• Debugging experience is a plus
• Fluency in English (verbal and written)
