Fundraiser Investor Relations Manager

Neco Finance are looking for an experienced Fundraiser (Investor Relations Manager) for the purpose of building strong relationships and raising funds from impact investors. This challenging role requires advanced skills in fundraising impact investing investor relations venture capital networking and pitching as well as a high level of responsibility reliability professionalism expertise and discipline.

Work with a team of champions on an ambitious crypto project (Blockchain) with social and environmental impact dedicated to serving the greater good. As a partner (freelance) in our decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) without hierarchies you take over full accountability for your roles and actions. Tasks

• Developing and maintaining the fundraising strategy and fundraising process
• Building and maintaining strong investor relationships with venture capitalists family offices and angel investors
• Networking by attending events conferences and online sessions
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Pitching and presenting to potential investors and stakeholders
• Managing the due diligence process and providing all necessary documentation

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Fundraiser preferably in the fintech or crypto industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing your skills including fundraising impact investing investor relations venture capital networking and pitching.
• A network of potential investors venture capitalists or family offices with investment focus on impact and fintech.
• Proficiency in tools such as CRM systems financial analysis pitch deck presentations etc.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies (Scrum) and project management tools.
• Minimum capacity of 10 hours per week.
• Passion for networking sustainability and cryptocurrency with a strong attention to detail and a problemsolving mindset.
