Requirements
The Role:
As a Health and Safety Trainer youll have the autonomy to shape your role and make a real impact. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering bespoke H&S training courses at our Kent offices or client offices
- Designing and developing innovative training programs and presentations
- Using a range of teaching methods to engage and educate our teams
- Enjoying a hybrid work arrangement with occasional office visits
The Ideal Candidate:
To thrive in this role youll need:
- CITB Site Safety Plus (SMSTS / SSSTS)
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- AET / PTTLS Teaching Qualification or equivalent
- A passion for promoting health and safety within the construction industry
- The ability to commute to Kent
