Requirements
What Youll Do:
- Lead the coordination and delivery of diverse projects ensuring they meet agreed cost scope and schedule.
- Collaborate with our SED team in designing and estimating projects before implementation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously overseeing works assigned to suppliers and subcontractors.
- Provide expert technical guidance on equipment and plant repair refurbishment or replacement.
- Develop implement and monitor preconstruction process plans to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend startup site visit and design meetings contributing valuable insights.
- Work closely with the SED department to align project goals and objectives.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is in place for seamless handover and signoff.
- Handle scope change notices in compliance with contract requirements including early warnings and compensation notices.
- Generate data for projectlevel KPIs to track progress and performance effectively.
- Produce accurate O&M manuals and Health and Safety files using the appropriate resources.
- Lead project teams both internal and subcontracted and take full accountability for successful project delivery.
- Manage the activities of multidisciplinary project teams following established project delivery procedures.

Daily Tasks Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all equipment to meet or exceed company established Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) expectations and customer quality expectations. Install, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical equipment including power and control wiring, motors, controls, electronic devices, PLC s and building electrical maintenance. Troubleshoots PLC and other electronic systems. Able to troubleshoot and program machine logic systems. Read and interpret schematics, parts manuals, blueprints, sketches, hydraulic diagrams, and machine manuals. Evaluate production report comments prior to performing maintenance to ensure all causes for production inefficiencies are addressed and corrected. Perform building maintenance as directed by Maintenance Manager. Maintain sufficient records to support the Computerized Maintenance Management Software (EAM) including work orders and parts management. Responsible for active participation on plant teams and activities including safety, quality, sustainability, community involvement, OEE, maintenance, employee wellness, brainstorming and continuous improvement which are required to create and maintain a World Class environment. Operate Powered Industrial Truck, Boom Lift and Scissor Lift per OSHA regulations rules and guidelines. Experience Needed A sense of urgency, accountability, business ethics, professionalism, self-motivation and the desire and focus to improve the business. Qualifications in Electrical Engineering Experience with Mechanical Maintenance or training completed Experience with advanced skills in hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment. Abilities Required Team player Ability to work to timescales Strong attention to detail Willingness to learn Multitasking skills
