What Youll Do:

As Plant Supervisor youll be the driving force behind our concrete operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations environmental standards and quality requirements. Youll oversee batching processes to ensure our concrete meets specifications and supplies our factory efficiently.

Requirements

What Youll Bring:

• Strong knowledge of health and safety principles (SHE Qualification or comparable desirable)
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships
  
• Concrete batching experience is a must
  
• Previous experience in a similar role ideally in a supervisory capacity
  
• Reliability flexibility and adaptability to meet daily requirements
  
• Effective communication skills collaborating closely with the Plant Manager
  
• Highly organized with proven planning and delivery capabilities
  
• Familiarity with basic maintenance practices
  
• Willingness and ability to operate a loading shovel as needed (Training provided)
