Requirements

The Role:

As our Electrical Supervisor youll be at the forefront of our Defence projects ensuring everything runs smoothly on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and supervising the Electrical team to deliver projects efficiently
  
• Scoping work on site and assessing the necessary tasks
  
• Supervising the site schedule of teams
  
• Conducting toolbox talks to keep your team informed and safe
  
• Collaborating with the QHSE Manager to uphold health and safety standards on site
  

What You Need:

To excel in this role youll need:

• SMSTS and/or SSSTS certification
  
• Relevant industry qualifications and experience
  
• Proven experience supervising complete Electrical packages
