THE JOB

Based in our fantastic Tech environment and Business Travel sector in Barcelona you will be part of the Human Resources team. You will act as a representative of the company in labor relations matters and you will have the opportunity to bring your experience and new ideas particularly through this type of assignment:

YOUR MISSIONS

• Advice our HR team in the implementation of HR policies and processes.
• Working on company growth support projects (Equality plan career plan contract negotiations)
• Act as a representative of the company before administrative or judicial bodies.
• Handle compensation and benefits administration (benefits flexible compensation shareplan management) to ensure smooth HR projects run and to provide a good working environment for employees
• Support for management and the HR team on legal and tax issues and knowledge of Spanish law and regulations (IRPF maternity leave collective agreement)
• Advice on remote workers agreements freelance internship international mobility
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for contracts salary changes and role updates.
• Work as a team with local EMEA and global HR as well as with the various managers to support them in their needs and answer their questions in legal topics.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Must have 3 years of experience in a multinational matrix organization as HR Generalist or Labour Relations
• Advanced English level is a must
• Master degree in Human Resources
• Experience working with senior leaders with ability to interact with them and used to deliver to them on time and on quality
• Project Management oriented. Experience in managing and developing different projects related to the HR Department
