Operations Intern in hyper-scale startup

At Vicoland we give the gig economy a new dimension: Virtual Companies in short: Vicos. We invented Vicos to allow freelancers to team up and act as if they were a real company competing successfully for interesting large projects.

Our SaaS platform provides all the tech which enables the collaboration of Vicos and their clients & a marketplace that matches them together.

Our Vicos are already transforming how digital projects are done since our launch last year they worked with several worldrenowned clients and partners such as Netflix Smart Samsung Tupperware BectonDickinson HDI and Colliers. We were mentioned by Forbes and Forrester as the leading marketplace for freelance teams.

We are currently facing a hypergrowth stage where our demand jumps by 20% month over month and are focusing on building bestinclass Vicos to meet this demand.

To support our operations team in meeting this challenge we are looking for an Operations intern with a keen interest in enabling the scalability of our business.

Were a team of 40 people located across Europe and the US.

Tasks

What youll do

• Work directly with the COO and Head of Partner management to translate strategy and key targets into concrete action plans & execute on them
• Support building up our talent pool of SAPVicos in a highpace environment
• Brief staff and manage freelancers as a helpful valueadding partner
• Come up with innovative ideas to attract the best talent to Vicoland. You will experiment with tons of tools and technologies to drive results. From marketing campaigns to lowcode applications ChatGPT and datadriven insights.
• A broad range of responsibilities and solve new challenges every day as they come up

Requirements

• Ability and motivation to work in a fastpaced challenging and workintensive environment were looking for drive. Our team wants to achieve big things within the next 3 months
• An excellent track record in fastpaced work environments (Entrepreneurship startups company building management consulting) demonstrating swift professional growth is a plus
• Strong attention to detail & handson mentality
• Affinity of working with digital tools. Make your own job easier with creative solutions.
• Keen ability to grasp complexity quickly and to focus on key issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German
