Tasks

As a working student in customer support you will be the point of contact especially for our italian customers and first line of support for their questions and issues. With delicate tactfulness you will solve various problems customers are facing. Your kind and fast responses via emails or the comments section will turn disappointed customers to brand lovers and ambassadors. Furthermore you will be tasked with and involved in improving the customer journey proactively throughout our online shopping experience.

Requirements

• You are currently enrolled at University
• You are a good communicator enjoy solving problems and helping others
• You have the ability to stay professional and composed in challenging situations
• You are native German and speak Italien fluently
• Being based in Berlin is a plus
• First experience in customer service communication is an advantage (e.g. working with a ticket system like Helpwise or Zendesk)
