Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
- Systems expertise in FSSC 22200
- Manage Occupational Health and Safety
- Manage Research & Development
- QC supervision.
- Manage QC staff
- Monitoring of raw materials workinprogress (WIP) and finished product quality.
- Implementing and overseeing Supplier Quality Assurance programs.
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12
- Tertiary qualification in Food Technology or Quality Assurance
- 3 To 5 years experience in a FMCG environment
- Strong analytical skills to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Proven ability to supervise and monitor QC processes.
- Indepth knowledge of FSSC 22200 OHS and R&D within the food industry.
RUMUNERATION
R10000 To R15000 (negotiable)
