Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Accounts Receivable
a. Checking Invoice with customer PO/Value/Currency submit invoice to Customer via email.
b. Update SOA & Outstanding Shipment listing.
c. Record Receipt & posting in VM.
d. Handle & follow up SubCert document for export sales.
e. Handle Scrap Sales generate sales invoice and follow up payment.
f. Generate monthly Sales listing for GST report.

2. Accounts Payable
a. Handle partial AP invoice (3 ways matching & 2 ways matching COD/Advance Payment)
b. Perform Vendor SOA reconciliation.
c. Assist in followup AP payment.
3. General
a. Handle employee expense claims.
b. Assist in yearly audit and other ad hoc requests.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
1. Must complete minimum training required specified in Employee Qualification and OJT.

decisions that are a mixture of analysis wisdom experience and judgement.
