Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Lifecycle Management: Oversee product lifecycle from development to obsolescence.
- Collaboration: Work with marketing sales R&D regulatory and manufacturing teams.
- Financial Management: Manage product budgets and track performance metrics.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Life Sciences Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 5 years in product management in healthcare/pharmaceuticals with ophthalmology focus.
- Skills: Strong analytical project management communication and teamwork skills.
- Innovative customerfocused resultsoriented and collaborative.
