Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Manager join our directtoconsumer team. As a Paid Search Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid search campaigns across various platforms to drive traffic and conversions for a core component of our customerfacing product client. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine marketing (SEM) excellent analytical skills high testandlearn acumen and the ability to optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Minimum Skills/Education:
- 57 years experience in paid search marketing with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving ROI
- Expertise in Google Ads and Bing Ads required other paid search platforms a plus
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in reporting. Google Analytics proficiency a plus
- Experience with bid management tools and campaign set up
- Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and its implementation required.
Bachelors Degree or higher
Additional Details:
- Lead paid search strategy and campaign management from initial plan set up and reporting with a heavy focus on execution across plaftorms such as but not limited to Google Ads and Bing
- Conduct keyword research analysis and selection to maximize campaign performance
- Drive channel acquisition growth through understanding the product and the competitive landscape
- Optimize channel and landing page performance by identifying new messaging and implementing A/B tests
- Manage media budget to ensure there are cost efficiencies to deliver proper cost per acquisition and ROI will deliver maximum value to the business
- Generate regular performance reports and provide insights to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align on goals and broader marketing initiatives.
- AB testing google campaigns paid search execution.
