Tasks

• Draft review and negotiate various commercial contracts ensuring compliance with laws and company policies
• Provide legal opinions on claims and disputes recommending strategies for resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align contract terms with business objectives and mitigate risks
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes advising on compliance and implementing best practices
• Maintain and manage the contract repository ensuring accurate recordkeeping and retrieval of documents

Requirements

• Fluency in English French is a plus
• Resident in Switzerland
• Min. 10 years of PQE as an inhouse legal counsel
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
