Title: Benefits Analyst
Duration: 6 months and probably last up to 2025
Location: Mesa AZ (they can work remotely) but just build relationship with the managers it would good if they can come to the offices.
Position Type: onsite (12 a month) max will be once a week (Hybrid)
LOCAL TO MESA LOCATION

Job Description:
  • Process high volume leave of absence activity.
  • Interact with thirdparty leave administrators and client employees and managers.
  • Ability to discuss leave of absence time away from work and pay options in California and elsewhere in detail.
  • Participate in the interactive process when an employee reaches out for accommodation.
  • Prepare monthly and biweekly leave reports.
  • Use of ServiceNow ticketing system to manger leave cases along with Workday ADP and thirdparty leave administrator website.
  • A good understanding of basic company benefits will be helpful.

  • Required Skills:
    • Leave of absence and accommodation experience
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills at all levels
    • Microsoft Office

    Job Responsibilities & Culture

    • This role is a highvolume role with intense LOA approximately 160 LOA in a day along with accommodation cases.
    • These people will be working with third party vendors telling and elaborating Leave of absence and help with the leave reporting they will be utilizing service now ticketing or ADP systems knowledge.
    • They should possess basic knowledge of benefits so that they can help the employee during the leave of absence and the candidate should be good with systems.
    • They will be utilizing ADP and Workday systems to process LOA requests track employee absences and generate reports for management review.
    • Bachelors degree is not necessary.
    • 3 years of experience because of high volume (160 leaves and accommodation) and different type of leave of absence exposure they will be dealing with different LOA everytime
