Job Responsibilities & Culture
- This role is a highvolume role with intense LOA approximately 160 LOA in a day along with accommodation cases.
- These people will be working with third party vendors telling and elaborating Leave of absence and help with the leave reporting they will be utilizing service now ticketing or ADP systems knowledge.
- They should possess basic knowledge of benefits so that they can help the employee during the leave of absence and the candidate should be good with systems.
- They will be utilizing ADP and Workday systems to process LOA requests track employee absences and generate reports for management review.
- Bachelors degree is not necessary.
- 3 years of experience because of high volume (160 leaves and accommodation) and different type of leave of absence exposure they will be dealing with different LOA everytime
