Roles and Responsibilities
Work with engineers and business stakeholders to understand the nature and background of the problems.
Pair with fellow engineers and Architects group to dissect the incoming problem statement and provide the best possible solution.
Craft reusable reliable accessible & delightful UI components that work flawlessly across various web browsers & devices.
Build and maintain various utilities focused on improving designer or developer productivity.
Own the health and performance of the teams infrastructure.
Create and develop metrics to evaluate the usage and success of the products youre accountable for.
Own and Implement the features using the technology stack that we have in place while bringing in flavors of latest but proven trends and methods
Learn and Evangelise best practices in software development and raise the bar of engineering practices.
Write concise maintainable efficient code that brings joy to present & future maintainers.
Mentor and Guide the junior engineers in the team towards making them better engineers in their respective areas.

Must have skills
Are a polyglot developer with at least 36 years of experience in building frontend systems.
Have significant experience with Frontend Technologies like ReactJS / Typescript / NodeJS.
Fluent in responsive design and mobile/tablet UX/UI.
Having knowledge of UI testing automation frameworks GraphQL and Microfrontend is a plus.
Have some understanding of backend stack like Microservices / Databases / RPCs etc.
Working knowledge of AWS docker and Kubernetes.
Are compassionate collaboration skills to work effectively in a diverse cross functional team.
Enjoy working in a dynamic team environment wearing multiple hats to create an impact on the business.
