Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
- Should have strong experience in SCCM with current branch versions and working in multitiered hierarchy.
- Experience in design and installation of Microsoft System Configuration Manager.
- Indepth knowledge of SCCM process flows SCCM SQL DB monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand requirements validate the architecture and ensure high levels of service offerings to clients in the SCCM domain.
- Expertise in SCCM Administration deployment client health.
- Experience in supporting Windows 10 devices.
- Must be able to troubleshoot day to day operations performing monitor and tuning system performance and providing administration configuration installation deployment and maintenance.
- Creating and updating technical troubleshooting documents as required.
- Teamoriented and able to operate with minimal supervision.
