Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced System Integrator to assist our client with the migration of data from QuickBooks to NetSuite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both NetSuite and QuickBooks with proven experience in data migration system integration and project management. This role requires excellent technical and communication skills to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the client to understand their business requirements and current data structure in QuickBooks.
Develop a comprehensive migration plan including timelines resource allocation and risk management.
Execute the migration of data from QuickBooks to NetSuite ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
Configure and customize NetSuite to meet the clients specific needs.
Provide training and support to the clients team on NetSuite functionalities.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.
Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
Document the migration process and provide regular updates to the client and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
Proficiency in data migration tools and techniques.
Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with project management and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Relevant certifications in NetSuite and/or QuickBooks are a plus.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and business processes.
Proficiency in data migration tools and techniques.
