We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager/Key Account Manager for a leading multinational general insurance company. The role involves managing large corporate accounts for commercial general insurance products. The ideal candidate should have experience in maintaining existing client relationships driving new business from corporates and channel partners and possess technical knowledge in underwriting and reinsurance. This position focuses on corporate clients and partners.

Senior Business Development Manager J&K Division (Japanese & Korean) Gurgaon

Designation: Business Development Manager J&K
Reporting to: Vice President J&K (Japanese National)
Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in insurance specializing in nonmotor insurance and SME/ commercial products with a preference for handling SME/corporate clients.
• Technical experience in underwriting is preferred.
• Preferred age below 40 years.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop market intelligence to acquire business and enhance the companys position and product offerings with Japanese and Korean corporate accounts.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the Underwriting and Reinsurance teams to ensure smooth business operations.
• Develop both direct clientele and business through partners.
• Monitor and liaise for claims settlement as the key account manager.
• Provide technical knowledge training to subordinates.
• Undertake any additional responsibilities as advised by the company or senior management.
