JD Contract Reviewer
Key Responsibilities:
Review analyze and interpret contracts including but not limited to service agreements
licensing agreements and nondisclosure agreements.
Ensure contracts are in compliance with Ciscos policies relevant laws and regulatory
requirements.
Identify potential risks or issues within contracts
Provide clarification on contract language and terms to stakeholders.
Negotiate contract terms with internal and external parties as required.
Maintain a database of contracts and ensure that all agreements are properly
documented and filed.
Stay updated with companys policy changes that may affect the company's contracts.
Work closely with the legal team to clarify contract language as required.
Generate weekly reports on noncompliant contracts to share with key stakeholders.
Escalate and resolve contract issues coordinating discussions among billing team and
Customer Success Teams

Required Skill:
Prior experience working as a contract reviewer or a related job role
Accuracy and high attention to detail
Provide contractrelated issue resolution both internally and with the legal team
Coordinate and deal with stakeholders to keep everyone on the same page.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in law Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience as a Contract Reviewer Paralegal Contract Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of legal terminology contract drafting principles and risk
management.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and interpret multiple contracts simultaneously.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
