3D Modelling in UG NX
UG NX CAM Tool path generation 3/4/5 Axis machines
NC Program Verification & Machine simulation by using Vericut software
Knowledge on Cutting Tools Milling & Turning
Fixture & Tool Design
Shop documentation MO Process sheet Control Plan Setup sheet Cutting tools list Fixture data etc.
FAI Part Prove out in coordination with machine shop floor team
Understanding of Engineering drawings
Knowledge on different type of Aerospace materials
Knowledge on GD & T CMM Inspection and Quality equipments
Knowledge on Aerospace standards AS9100 Rev. D requirements
Shop floor exposure & Hands on experience with FANUC & Simens Controllers machines VMC HMC TMC MTC VTL & 5Axis
Basic Knowledge on Special processes / Surface Treatment
Basic Knowledge related to APQP PFMEA PPAP RRCA process
