QA Engineer Device Testing

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform device testing with a focus on signals and signal sources.
• Utilize function generators and other signal sources to conduct tests.
• Operate oscilloscopes for monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Understand and analyze complex signals.
• Use standard tools such as TReX Putty and XMLRPC for testing and diagnostics.
• Apply C# and .NET development skills in software/firmware testing practices.

Required Experience:

• Device Testing Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Signal Handling: Handson experience and deep understanding of signals and their complexities.
• Function Generators & Signal Sources: Proficiency in working with various signal sources.
• Oscilloscopes: Competence in using oscilloscopes for signal analysis and troubleshooting.
• Tools & Protocols: Experience with TReX Putty XMLRPC.
• Development Skills: Proficiency in C# and .NET.
• Industry Experience: 24 years of relevant experience in sectors such as Oil & Gas (O&G) Power Medical or Automobile industries.

• Location Flexibility: Ability to work onsite in Minden Nevada.

• Development & Testing: Strong background in software and firmware testing practices particularly with C# and .NET.
