Program Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team in Chicago IL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the refinery chemical plant and large manufacturing sectors. This role requires a proven track record in managing high performing geographically dispersed multidisciplinary teams to drive strategic initiatives and deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Develop and govern highperforming teams across various locations to achieve strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with plant managers unit supervisors and other key stakeholders within different manufacturing units to ensure alignment and project success.
• Project Budgeting: Develop and manage project expenditure budgets ranging from $10000 to $50 million.
• Project Execution: Ensure projects are designed and completed within budget and timeline constraints while maintaining quality.
• Process Improvement: Continuously analyze designs for process improvements and implement necessary updates.
• Structured Problem Solving: Proactively recognize business challenges diagnose problems develop solutions and communicate complex analyses and insights effectively.

Required Experience:

• Extensive experience in refinery chemical plants or large manufacturing environments.
• Preferred experience in the chemical oil and gas or material handling systems.
• Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and drive strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and managing significant project budgets.
• Strong analytical skills for continuous process improvement and problemsolving.
• Experience with High Value Engineering Center (HVEC) onsite/offshore model.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
