Driving Requirement: YES MD is currently in two locations (Newport Beach and Irvine). Doctors work from several locations and the clinic reimburses for mileage. No company vehicle is used; reimbursement is provided only between offices. Most doctors start their day at a particular location and when there s a need to float or assist they may drive from one location to another.

Receives prerecorded audio notes from physician procedures. Reviews audio recordings for content. Transcribes recordings to typewritten format using keyboard computer and audio control equipment. Decides which information should be included or excluded in reports. Distinguishes between homonyms and recognize inconsistencies and mistakes in medical terms referring to dictionaries drug references and other sources on anatomy physiology and medicine. Identifies mistakes in reports and check with doctors to obtain the correct information. Performs data entry and data retrieval services providing data for inclusion in medical records and for transmission to physicians. Reviews transcription for accuracy. Produces medical reports correspondence records patientcare information statistics medical research and administrative material. Returns dictated reports in printed or electronic form for physicians review signature and corrections and for inclusion in patients medical records. Minimum Level of Expertise: Ability to type at least 50wpm with a high degree of accuracy. Knowledge of medical terminology.

Medical Enterprise NonClinical Onboarding Must complete all onboarding requirements prior to the start date with no exceptions.

**USC Medical Enterprise Customer Requirement: Fully vaccinated with Covid2324 Vaccine. The facility accepts signed personal/religious/medical exemptions approved by EHS.

Religious exemptions are not applicable for MMR Varicella and Hepatitis B vaccinations. Additionally completing the religious exemptions form for COVID19 and Flu shots does not automatically cover exemptions for MMR Varicella and Hepatitis B.

Influenza for Current Flu Season: Flu shot is ONLY good for the season which is 11/1 through 4/30.
If they start on May 1st they dont need the vaccine until next Fall. It is recommended for Workers to wait and get the vaccine AFTER Sept 1st.
