Roles & Responsibilities Oversee the integration of CRM systems with existing business processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies for optimizing CRMABAP applications to meet business objectives. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and resolve CRM system issues. Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements to inform CRM system enhancements. Lead the customization and configuration of CRM solutions to align with business needs. Ensure the security and integrity of CRM data through rigorous testing and validation. Provide expert guidance on the deployment of ABAP solutions within the CRM environment. Monitor and report on the performance of CRM systems recommending improvements as needed. Stay abreast of the latest CRM and ABAP development trends and technologies. Facilitate training sessions for users on CRM system functionalities and best practices. Qualifications Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in CRMABAP. Proven track record of managing CRM systems and implementing ABAP solutions. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Familiarity with the latest CRM technologies and ABAP development practices.
