Job Description

Description:

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with insurance agents adjusters plumbers multifamily property managers commercial property managers real estate agents and HVAC companies to generate leads and referrals
  • Proactively reach out to potential referral sources through various channels including cold calls setting appointments phone calls emails and networking events
  • Educate potential partners about company services and benefits emphasizing our customer service (4.9 Google rating) coupled with expertise in water damage restoration mold remediation and air duct cleaning
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support lead generation efforts
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends competitor activities and market developments to identify new business opportunities
  • Track and report on sales activities pipeline status and performance metrics regularly


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field preferred
  • 2 years of proven business development sales (Inbound/outbound) or account management roles within the restoration or construction industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) preferred
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required
