Job Overview

We are looking for an innovative and adaptable Casino Marketing Executive and Marketing Manager. Who would study observe and understand the business and accordingly find develop and design marketing strategies and methods. You will be an active participant in creating market research and marketing plans. Develop the process and procedure to effectively implement the marketing plan / schemes / packages. Your duties also include followup and evaluation of the outcome of promotional campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Do market research by collecting data to develop marketing strategies and plans.
• Do research by collecting data on competitor schemes/packages programs etc.
• Develop a marketing plan and strategy to increase the guest count
• Develop casino schemes/event/programs/packages for business promotion
• Implement and execute the best marketing campaigns
• Communicate and explain different schemes/packages/programs to the marketing team along with the process and procedure. If required communicate / present / explain/describe casino programs/schemes / offers and promotions to guests and agents.
• Should travel outside the state of Goa to other states of India for the promotion and development of business by organising and assisting in organising events to communicate schemes and offers to prospective guests for promotion and development of business.
• Work in a professional manner and capacity as a team leader
• Assist team member with their queries related to schemes/packages / events etc.
• Execute all promotions and events with the assistance of the team members
• Supervise the juniors work and assign them tasks on a daytoday basis
• Study customer behavior and alter the promotional campaigns accordingly if required
• Stay updated about recent trends in the marketing industry
• Produce innovative and appealing content for the website and blog that fascinates and increases the followers

Job Requirements

• BBA/MBA in Marketing or related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Guests Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
• Experience in a hospitality environment as a Marketing Manager Coordinator or related
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Knowledge of computer functions: Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
• Possesses excellent skills in Man management.
