Job Description:

Our client is seeking an experienced Order Fulfilment Coordinator with a background in external and internal order fulfilment within the mining equipment sector to join their team in Gauteng South Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring efficient and timeous fulfillment of internal and external orders to maximise customer satisfaction.
• Providing support to the logistics team for the region.
• Ensuring compliance to local international and company quality and operational standards and procedures.
• Fostering trustbased relationships with internal and external clients and suppliers.
• Ensuring sales and purchase orders are processed accurately and effectively.
• Liaising with sales freight and purchasing teams to monitor orders from manufacturers and suppliers.
• Working closely with sales team on progressing Forward Orders as required.
• Working with domestic freight distribution providers to meet order fulfilment requirements.
• Liaising with warehouse team on transportation requirements for dispatching of orders.
• Collaboration with order fulfilment team to provide sales team and customers with order progression visibility.
• Maintenance of internal ERP systems.

Requirements: Qualification and Skill

• Tertiary qualification in supply chain or similar relevant field preferred.
• 5 years’ experience in order fulfilment and coordination within the mining equipment sector.
• Salesforce accreditation preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English and Afrikaans communication skills.
• Computer literate in Microsoft products.
• Wellversed in import / export compliance.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Currently residing in Gauteng.
