Job Description

HR Generalist

57years of experience:

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate recruiting process.
  • Organize and implement the onboarding process for new hires (conduct orientation to the
  • Maintain current working knowledge of compliance and regulatory concerns industry trends and best HR practices
  • Participate in continuous HR improvement initiatives and metrics
  • Maintain confidentiality and accurate HR files
  • Handle other HR duties as needed
  • Maintains employeerelated databases. Prepares and analyzes reports that are necessary to carry out the functions of the department and office. Prepares periodic reports for management as necessary or requested.
  • Provides daytoday benefits administration services. Maintains benefits records and prepares documents necessary for implementing coverage. Assist employees with any claim issues.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Update policies
  • Maintain employee database leave tracker hiring tracker etc.

Professional and Education Requirements:

  • Knowledge of principles and best practices for recruitment and selection
  • Excellent listening verbal and written communication skills with employees and all levels of management; able to create a working environment of open communication and trust.
  • Highly detailoriented with excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems Excel Word and PowerPoint.
