Job Requirements:

• Application Development: The developer creates and designs applications using Oracle Forms and Reports which involves creating forms with user interfaces and reports to display data.
• Database Integration: They integrate the forms and reports with the underlying Oracle database ensuring proper connectivity and data retrieval.
• Coding and Scripting: The developer writes code and scripts in PL/SQL (Procedural Language/Structured Query Language) and other relevant programming languages to implement business logic data validation and data manipulation within the application.
• Application Testing: They perform thorough testing of the developed applications to identify and fix any bugs or issues. This includes unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Application Maintenance and Enhancement: The developer is responsible for maintaining and supporting existing Oracle Forms and Reports applications which involves troubleshooting bug fixing and implementing enhancements or modifications based on user requirements.
• Performance Optimization: They optimize the performance of the applications by identifying and resolving bottlenecks tuning database queries and improving overall system efficiency.
