Asst Manager - Testing North

* Coordination with HO for all activities of section.

* Coordination with all support function sections like Purchase Administrations HR BD Civil IT CRM for required activities related to company.

* Planning Manage Supervision of testing Calibration and other day to day activities.

* Planning and preparation of annual revenue and capital budget in consultation with HOS.

* Identify new tests requirements Planning and development of new test facilities based on requirements.

* Project planning and Resource planning based on requirements

* Planning and manage all requirements of ISO/IEC:.

1. To achieve annual revenue and capital budget decided by Management.

2. Improvement in Cycle Time Customer Satisfaction Index.

3. Development of new test facilities new projects.

4. Improvement of productivity

Technical Skills:

1. Knowledge of Testing requirement as per relevant standards for electrical products and its raw material like Transformer CT/PT Insulating Oil CRGO Energy meter etc.
