JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the guests inquiries and reservations coordination with Spa Services Head Therapist & Therapists for excellent deliver of services to the guest. Assists in the generation of revenues through various sales strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Answers all inquiries relating to spa treatments and reservations;
• Prepares treatment schedules for therapists;
• Coordinates with therapists & spa services for any changes in reservations;
• Handles guest concerns and reports such incidents to Spa Reception Supervisor;
• Upsells treatments for higher revenues;
• Responsible for boutique sales and daily inventory;
• Prepares daily sales reports in the formats indicated;
• Assists in the training of new Spa Reception staff when necessary;
• Has thorough knowledge of treatments timings and preparation times for all services offered.
