Join our Sustainability team as an Intern and play a crucial role in shaping the future of sustainability. This sixmonth internship starting in August/September 2024 offers a unique opportunity to gain handson experience in sustainability reporting project support and community management. Collaborate with experts and internal stakeholders to drive impactful sustainability initiatives and contribute to fulfilling Axpos vision forsustainable future.

What you will do:

• Assist in preparing and collecting data for the annual sustainability report (GRI).
• Conduct analyses to support the implementation of additional reporting frameworks (e.g. TCFD ESRS).
• Engage in interdisciplinary projects to help meet upcoming regulatory requirements.
• Support various sustainabilityrelated and crossdivisional projects including the sustainability strategy.
• Conduct research and peer benchmarking to inform decisionmaking.
• Review and cluster ESG rating topics to aid in initiating improvement measures
• Coordinate internal networks or communities to foster collaboration.
• Contribute to internal and external communication activities to enhance Axpos sustainability profile.

What you bring & who you are:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in environmental science engineering economics or a related field.
• Proactive selfmotivated and eager to learn and tackle new challenges.
• Prior experience or a strong interest in sustainability.
• Previous professional experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Selfstarter with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude and a winning personality.
• Fluency in English and German
