Sales Manager

Job Brief:

Are you a dynamic and resultsdriven individual with a passion for sales Join our team at CSV NOW as a Sales Manager in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry. In this role you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.


Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to drive product sales

Skills Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
• Proven track record of success in sales management
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
• Experience in the Outsourcing/Offshoring industry is a plus
