Your responsibilities will include driving projects in the areas of software electronics and mechanics/mechatronics. This role involves extensive collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers. The team consists of skilled engineers from around the world.

Requirements

• To be successful as a Lead Engineer we expect the following qualifications:
  
• A degree in engineering
  
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience.
  
• Experience in technical project management including planning and prioritization.
  
• Excellent English skills both spoken and written.
  
• A communicative driven and responsible individual.
  
• Enjoyment in working in a team and building contacts within the organization
  
• A genuine interest in batteries and related technologies
  
• Preferred experience in software or electronics development
