Teamworx is hiring for one of Ireland s top flagship retail stores nationwide. Our client is a major player a progressive retail business with multiple stores across Leinster they have spent the last month redeveloping their fresh departments in this flagship forecourt shop to keep the store in line as one of Irelands bestperforming fresh food destinations.

We are looking to speak to a senior fresh food Supervisor or Caterer or Cafe Manager who would love to work in a busy operation with a team of 10 someone who would be proud to deliver on the standards that are expected here you will be part of a bigger management team leading the team in the newly revamped deli and receiving further training to enhance your business acumen people skills and organizational skills.

The retail group is known for its ambition expansion and investment in its management teams consistently winning retail awards. The role is based on a 5/6 format with occasional Sundays and early shifts.

Our client will offer a salary from 30000 up to 35000 DOE plus benefits.

• Proven management experience organizing and supervising the work of others.
  
• Fresh food knowledge.
  
• Excellent customer service.

• A strong understanding of food safety and HACCP knowledge.
  

Responsibilities for this Retail Deli Supervisor Job:

• Oversee the running of the fresh food department with up to 10 staff in your department
  
• Rostering planning making lunch schedules and ensuring deadlines are met
  
• Responsible for a highly skilled team planning out their workload directing work and ensuring tasks are completed correctly.
  
• Inventory and stock management keeping back stock to appropriate levels
  
• Working closely with the General Manager and stakeholders in the group to get the best performance out of the department increasing sales productivity margins waste management and controlling shrinkage
  
• Taking full responsibility for proper management of hygiene and HACCP records and all other relatable paperwork for the department
  
• Maintaining high standards across the business
  
• Performance management of your team ensuring your team is reaching maximum efficiency in their work training and coaching staff play an active role in recruitment and onboarding people to your department.
