Job Description:

Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform various nondestructive testing methods including but not limited to ultrasonic testing (UT) radiography testing (RT) magnetic particle testing (MT) and dye penetrate testing (PT).
  
• Evaluate the integrity and properties of materials and components to detect imperfections such as cracks voids and inclusions.
  
• Prepare and maintain detailed test reports and documentation in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  
• Interpret and analyze NDT results providing accurate and clear feedback to engineers and production teams.
  
• Ensure all testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
  
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment always.
  
• Assist in the development and improvement of NDT procedures and techniques.
  
• Communicate effectively with team members supervisors and clients regarding test results and findings.
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Material Science or a related field (required).
  
• Certification in NDT methods such as ASNT Level I or II or equivalent (preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of NDT techniques and principles.
  
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to nondestructive testing.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
