Your Role
You will oversee our dynamic team ensuring the seamless operation of our centre and doubling as a standby teacher when needed. Your ability to manage operations effectively engage with our community and lead vigorously will help us reach our strategic objectives and maintain our commitment to excellence.

Deliver a stellar walkin experience to increase customer loyalty and referrals.
2. Sales and Marketing Catalyst
Support our teams in identifying upselling opportunities and converting leads into loyal customers.

Manage daily operations venue coordination and resource optimization to ensure efficiency and costeffectiveness.
4. Team Leadership
Cultivate a collaborative environment that aligns with our values of teamwork and professionalism enhancing staff morale and performance.
Responsibilities
1. Manage daily operations and resolve operational hurdles with agility.
2. Enhancing customer satisfaction through strategic initiatives and prompt resolution of concerns.
3. Collaborating on marketing campaigns to boost engagement and drive sales.
4. Upholding stringent data accuracy for sales reporting and management reviews.
5. Nurturing team development through regular feedback and tailored training.
6. Keeping a pulse on market trends to strategically position SLC ahead of competitors.
7. Advocating for SLCs excellence in external engagements and compliance with all regulations.
Who You Are
1. Malaysian below the age of 30 years.
2. A bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
3 Experienced with at least 3 years in management preferably within the education or service sectors.
4. A natural leader equipped with strong motivational and teambuilding skills.
5. An excellent communicator who values professionalism and has a customerfirst mindset.
6. Adept in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
