Position Overview:

We are expanding our operations and seeking a Tech Recruiter to join our company in Morocco working alongside with a Commercial.

This person will manage the recruitment process in Morroco ensuring that we attract and hire top talent for our growing operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fastpaced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the endtoend recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Conduct interviews and assess the qualifications of potential candidates.
• Maintain a database of candidate records including active and passive prospects.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and recruitment best practices.
• Foster longterm relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Requirements:

• Academic training in HR management or similar areas.
• Recruitment experience ideally between 3 to 5 years.
• Experience in the automotive sector is a plus.
• Fluency in French Arabic and English.
• Located in Casablanca or Tangier Morocco.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to undergo approximately one month of training in Portugal.
