Key Responsibilities:

Daily Requirements:

• Align with Company and Personal Values: Embody the values that define our organization.
• Machine Operations:
• Operate machinery (preheat cycle time breakdowns cooldown) at an acceptable pace with assistance from supervisors.
• Oversee Utility Roles: Fill in utility roles when required.
• Quality Control: Understand and follow our QC requirements and processes.
• 5S Standards: Maintain cleanliness and organization in your work area. Ensure tools are in their designated places.
