Information Security Office - InfoSec

We are looking for an information security officer to join our InfoSec team. The successful candidate will aid in the Design enforcement and configuration of policies procedures and systems that protect our organizations computing infrastructure from all forms of security threats. You will be reporting directly to the infosec manager and working closely with the IT department.

You should have fundamental analytical skills and fundamental knowledge of best practices to prevent a wide range of security threats. Top candidates will also be excellent communicators able to train and educate our staff in various information security topics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor the security posture of all network infrastructure and systems globally and Identifying vulnerabilities.
• Monitor all the current and new CVEs trends and take steps to patch any affected systems.
• Recommend and implement additional security solutions or improvements to ensure confidentiality integrity and availability.
• Perform org wide risk assessments.
• Perform physical inspections in the offices to verify compliance with infosec policies.
• Be a part of incident and response activities.
• Develop and conduct security awareness training globally.
• Be part of phishing campaigns worldwide.
• Monitor and test the security of all company owned websites/systems.
• Regular audits of all the devices/systems/cloud/infrastructure that the company is using to verify compliance with our policies and improve security.
• Configuration and administration of EDR AV ESGDLP systems.

Requirements:

• A bachelors degree in computer science computing or any other relevant background.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT field.
• Minimum 1year of experience in any InfoSec field.
• Knowledge of basic security fundamentals (desktop and servers support firewalls networking edresgetc).
• System administration skills.
• Driven to learn and stay current professionally.
• Able to craft incident reports.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
