Broad Overview
To maintain and grow sales of a range of medicines available from SERB Pharmaceuticals group in Saudi Arabia.

As a Key Account Manager some of your responsibilities will include:
Develop manage and maintain the sales and customer relationships of key partners in the territories.
Deliver agreed financial and business goals utilising the Companys assets (financial human and others) to optimal effect.
Undertake regular market visits to understand the market dynamics
Organise key opinion leader meetings in order to promote the use of SERB products.
Develop and implement medical marketing plans to grow prescription shares and positive medical endorsement for SERB brands.
Set up medium and shortterm sales strategies based on the actual market situation and create sales forecast to achieve the company goals and increase the market share.
Manage sales activities within assigned territory.
Attend exhibitions/meetings within the territory.
Prepare accurate and timely reports to management.
Complete projects and tasks in an aggressive manner consistent with corporate objectives.
Identifies and works closely with Key Accounts Key Payers and Purchasers in our key private and Tender hospitals and chain Pharmacies.

The above duties and responsibilities are not an exhaustive list and you may be required to undertake any other reasonable duties compatible with your experience and competencies. This description may be varied from time to time to reflect changing business requirements.

To be successful in this role you should demonstrate:
Candidate must be a Saudi national
Preferred candidate will be based in Riyadh
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications Excel Outlook PowerPoint. Teams Zoom
Completion of relevant training modules for access to secondary care including operating theatres
At least Five plus years relevant pharmaceutical experience in primary and secondary care.
Must hold a Clean Driving license
Proactive
experience is beneficial
Drive for Results
Selfmotivator with strong organisational skills and with a problemsolving approach Action orientated pursues everything with energy drive and a need to finish. Can be counted on to exceed goals successfully and steadfastly pushes self and others for results.
