1. *Financial Management:*
Oversee the schools financial accounts including budget planning payroll processing and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage school expenditures invoices and receipts.
Prepare financial statements and reports for review by the school management committee and Principal.

2. *Administrative Duties:*
Coordinate daily administrative functions of the school including facility management and staff schedules.
Supervise administrative staff and provide training and support as needed.
Manage correspondence keep records and ensure efficient office operations.
Oversee the procurement of school supplies and equipment.
3. Payroll
Manage staff payroll and benefits.
Handle employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
4. *Liaison Work:*
Act as a liaison between the school administration staff parents and external agencies.
Organize meetings prepare agendas and ensure that all necessary documentation is available.
5. *Strategic Planning:*
Participate in strategic planning with the schools leadership to improve operational efficiency and educational outcomes.
Implement policies and procedures that align with the schools objectives.
Skills and Qualifications: Masters and Bachelors degree in Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
