We are a dynamic company specializing in AI products and we are looking for a motivated Digital Marketing Associate who can speak in a conversational tone and seamlessly blend marketing and customer service. Our ideal candidate is techsavvy culturally aware and ready to engage with audiences on social media platforms particularly Twitter/X.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Tasks: Handle various operational tasks as needed to support the smooth running of the business.
• Social Media Engagement: Understand and utilize the Twitter/X platform to engage with our audience and promote our AI products.
• Research: Conduct indepth research to identify and reach out to talent agents relevant to our industry or niche.
• Outreach Campaigns: Execute personalized outreach campaigns to initiate contact with targeted talent agents and influencers.
• Influencer Coordination: Coordinate communication and partnerships with influencers to enhance brand visibility and product promotion.
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team ensuring efficient operation of daily activities.
• Lead Generation: Assist in generating leads to support the sales funnel and overall growth objectives.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years in a similiar role
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in using technology and social media platforms with a specific understanding of the Twitter/X platform.
• AI Background: Familiarity with AI products is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage audiences in a conversational tone.
• Research Skills: Strong research skills to identify and reach out to potential talent agents and influencers.
• Administrative Skills: Proven ability to provide effective administrative support and manage operational tasks.

Work Hours:

• Time Zone: Must be available to work in EST or have significant overlap with EST working hours.
