Job Description

Position : Digital Merchandising Manager
Schedule : Monday to Friday 10AM7PM EST
Holidays: TBD
Salary Range : up to USD 1400

The company is a rapidly growing ecommerce store selling home appliances and home goods in the United States and Canada; a startup/small team that is looking for someone that is willing to “wear many hats”. A remote first company with flexibility and growth opportunities. The company helps home renovators and builders easily buy affordable luxury appliances online.


About the Role:
Since this is a remote position we are seeking an organized selfstarter who can meet deadlines and delegate responsibilities in a professional and timely manner.


Responsibilities:

Manage the online product catalog including product categorization attribution and tagging
Manage the process of adding new products in bulk creating custom products and ensure the accuracy of site content
Optimize product presentation including imagery descriptions and usergenerated content to drive conversion.
Update website with new marketing collateral for new product launches and sales. Working with marketing to ensure new promotions are properly listed on website
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
Merchandise and sequence products to ensure categories are fresh and assortments are well represented
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital merchandising and ecommerce.
Capable of communicating catalogrelated issues to the product tech or marketing team.


Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital merchandising or related roles.
Proficiency in tools commonly used in digital merchandising such as:
Microsoft Excel
Google Sheets
Shopify Matrixify
Some experience with Canva / Adobe Photoshop Illustrator a plus
Basic HTML knowledge is a plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration
