Working Hours : Mon Fri Fulltime 40hrs/week Flexible at least 4 hrs overlap in CST

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to produce engaging and highquality marketing videos including social media shortform videos. The ideal candidate is proficient in the Adobe editing suite and possesses strong skills in motion graphics and graphic design. You will work closely with our content creators and marketing team to bring our educational content to life and drive engagement across various digital social media platforms.

Role Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce highquality marketing videos including shortform videos for social media platforms such as LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).
• Collaborate with content creators marketing team members and other stakeholders to understand project goals and deliver compelling visual content.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop Illustrator) to edit video footage create motion graphics and design graphics for video projects.
• Develop and implement creative concepts storyboards and visual styles that align with Pivto Digital Learning's brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Ensure all video content is optimized for various digital platforms and adheres to best practices for video marketing.
• Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies in video editing motion graphics and social media marketing.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines and maintain high standards of quality and consistency.
• Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the continuous improvement of our video content strategy.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 12 years of proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in editing motion graphics and graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Premiere Pro After Effects Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience creating shortform videos optimized for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of video production processes including preproduction production and postproduction.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and the ability to create content that resonates with healthcare professionals is a plus.
