- CG Sales Operations Planning Coordinator -

Position : Sales & Operations Planning Coordinator
Work Hours : 8am 5 pm PST
Pay Range : $9001500/month


Duties and Responsibilities:
Demand Planning:
Collaborate with sales teams to gather accurate and timely demand forecasts.
Analyze historical sales data and market trends to make informed demand projections.
Inventory Management:
Develop and maintain inventory plans to ensure optimal stock levels.
Coordinate with the operations team to manage stock replenishments and minimize excess inventory.
Communication and Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between the sales commerce and operations teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Participate in crossfunctional meetings to align strategies and resolve any discrepancies.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process optimization within the sales and operations planning cycle.
Propose and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and operations planning or a related role.
• Proven experience in sales and operations planning demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using planning and ERP software.
